For over a decade, I’ve worked with senior leaders and executives to help them develop greater confidence, strengthen their leadership, and realise their potential. 

 

My coaching and facilitation expertise combines experience in organisational leadership with a practical, results-focused approach - helping individuals to improve their professional performance.

 

​As an executive coach and experienced facilitator that is accredited in CIPD, I am also certified in a range of behavioural and performance-based tools, including DISC, SpotlightPROFILE, Emotional Intelligence (EIQ), and Situational Leadership. These frameworks allow me to adapt my approach to each individual, giving leaders fresh perspectives, self-awareness, and the skills to lead with impact.

 

I’ve supported hundreds of leaders to overcome limiting beliefs, increase resilience, and develop strategies that create clarity and confidence in demanding roles. Whether working with an aspiring leader stepping into their first executive role, or a seasoned professional navigating change, my coaching is centred on growth, purpose, and sustainable results.

Over the years, I’ve partnered with numerous public and private sector organisations such as National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Accenture (REPL), Skanska UK and Sinton's Law - always with the same commitment: to help leaders achieve meaningful, sustainable success.

Alongside running, Hatching Ideas, I’ve held several senior board-level leadership roles - most recently as the People & Commercial Director at QTS, an NHS-owned organisation specialising in Estates & Facilities.

 

I’ve co-designed commercial strategy, led workforce transformation, and coached leadership teams through complex change. This practical board-level perspective ensures my coaching is grounded in the realities that leaders face every day.​​​
